LONGARM QUILTING

Do you have a quilt top you need finished? We’d be happy to help!

Please refer to the Longarm Patterns Tab above to choose an edge-to-edge quilting pantograph for your quilt.

  • The cost of Edge to Edge designs is $0.02 per square inch.

    Width x Length= Square inches

    Square Inches x $0.02= cost of quilting +Tax @ 6%

There is a $50 minimum charge per service, which is the price listed in our shop. This price will be considered your deposit for having your quilt longarmed. The final invoice with the remaining balance (if applicable) will be emailed to you once your quilt is finished. Balances must be paid prior to pickup or shipping.

What does a $50 minimum charge mean? See the example below.

(Example, if your quilt is the size of a small baby blanket, it may be approximately 36” x 52”= 1,872 square inches. The cost for this quilt would be 1,872 x $0.02= $37.44 + tax. This falls below the minimum charge, therefore the cost of this quilt would be $50 +tax.)

You are responsible for the backing of the quilt (preferably extra wide 108” 100% cotton, other backing such as fleece is harder to load on the machine and may increase the cost of your finished product.) We can provide the preferred backing at $16.99 per yard needed, if you choose to purchase it from us.

You are responsible for the batting as well. We have batting available for purchase if you’d prefer our quality Quilters Dream 80/20 batting. The Price will be $12.99 per yard (price subject to change at any time due to increased cost of batting.)

  • Make sure that batting and backing are at least 8” wider and longer than your quilt top. This is essential to loading the quilt onto the quilting frame. And, that all sides of the backing are cut to an even straight edge.

Backing must be ready to load. If we have to piece or cut the backing there will be an extra cost.

Make sure loose threads are cut.
